To provide the Qsnap products, we must process and analyse information about you. The types of information we collect depend on how you use our product.

Information provided by using our product on your phone

We use information collected about your use of our products on your phone to better personalise the content (including advertising and marketing).

Advertising analytics

We use the information we have (including your activity with our products) to help advertisers measure the effectiveness and distribution of their ads and understand the types of people who use their services and how people interact with them, their websites and apps.

How we verify You

We use the information, such as your registered email that you submit, to verify your authenticity and keep your account secure should you forget access details.

How we communicate with you

We use the information we have to send you marketing communications, update you about our products, and let you know about our terms and policies. We also use your information to respond to you when you contact us.

Information we share

Partners and analytics services

We provide aggregated statistics and insights that help people and businesses understand how people are engaging with our product in order to improve product services and user experience. We share information about you with companies that aggregate it to provide analytics and measurement reports to our partners.

Advertisers

We provide advertisers with reports about the kinds of people seeing their ads and how their ads are performing, but we do not share information that personally identifies you (such as your name or email address) unless you give us permission. We provide general demographic and interest information to advertisers (for example, an ad was seen by a man between the ages of 35 and 45 who lives in Dubai) to help them better understand their audience.

Law enforcement or legal requests

We share information with law enforcement, or in response to legal requests, when official court orders are submitted related to the boundary of the account origin.

In response to a legal request (like a search warrant, court order or subpoena) if we have  good faith that the law requires us to do so.

Can I delete my information, and how long will you store it?

We store data until your account is deleted. From the date of account deletion, your data will be completely wiped within 30 days until such time conditions of this document apply.

Policy changes and how we notify you

We'll notify you before we make changes to this policy and give you the opportunity to review the revised policy before you choose to continue using our products.
